There is no contact form on this site. Email goes to a person and gets a reply from a person, usually within one working day.

What to expect
Plainly, so nobody waits on the wrong thing
- Reply time
- Usually within one working day. Security reports are acknowledged the same day where possible.
- Phone
- We do not publish a phone line. Enterprise customers get a named contact with a direct escalation path.
- Sales calls
- The Enterprise button opens the same email signup as every other plan. We reply by email first and arrange a call only if you want one.
- Support scope
- Questions about screens, panels, exports and the API. We cannot advise on treatment, dosing or clinical interpretation, because this is a research tool.
- Language
- English.

Most product questions are answered faster by running one screen than by describing it. The demo on the homepage needs no account and returns the same matrix a paid run does.
