Divide the monthly price by the monthly allowance and you get the number that compares directly against a plate. One screen means one compound against a whole panel, not one compound against one organism, so the arithmetic below is per compound across every strain in the panel.

Start with the free one-off screen on the homepage, then pick the tier that fits your series. Lab, Discovery and Program you buy on the spot with a card, and you can move the subscription between them later without paying twice. Enterprise we agree with you by email, because the panels, seats and deployment are set up with you.
No. The interactive screen on the homepage is the free taste, and it runs without an account. Every plan is paid, because a screening layer that people run every month for nothing is not a business we can keep honest.
On Lab, Discovery and Program you go to a short form and then to Stripe, where you pay by card. The workspace opens the moment the subscription is live and the private link goes to the address you gave. Enterprise asks for your work email instead, and we take it from there by email. The card is only ever typed into Stripe, never into this site.
Invoicing, purchase orders and a signed DPA come with the Program tier upwards, with data residency and private or VPC deployment on Enterprise. If procurement needs the paperwork in advance, say so in the reply to your confirmation email.
Cancel any time from the billing portal, reachable from inside your workspace. The subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then the workspace closes. Export your screens to CSV before that and they are yours to keep.
Yes. CSV on every plan, SDF and a PDF report from Discovery, scheduled exports on Program and above. There is a REST API from Discovery upwards so results can go straight into your own registry or notebook. Nothing you put in is locked in.
SSO through SAML 2.0 and OIDC is on Program and Enterprise, along with the audit log and a 99.9% SLA. Invoicing, purchase orders and a signed DPA are available from Program. Private or VPC deployment and data residency options are Enterprise.
